Delivery, Return & Cancellation Terms

1. Nature of the Service

TadaPOS is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription product. There is no physical product delivery; "delivery" refers to providing electronic access to the service.

2. Delivery / Access to the Service

Once registration is complete, your account is created instantly and your TadaPOS login details are sent to you by email. There is no shipping or physical delivery process.

3. Free Trial

New accounts can be tried free of charge for 30 days. No credit card information is requested during the trial period, and no charges are made.

4. Subscription and Billing

Businesses that wish to continue using the service after the trial period pay their monthly subscription fee using their chosen payment method. Payments are processed securely through our payment infrastructure provider iyzico. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access to the service continues until then.

6. Return Terms

Due to the nature of the digital service, no partial refunds are made for a billing period that has already begun. Refunds are considered upon request in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges have been made (more than one charge for the same period)
• Access to the service could not be provided at all due to a technical error
• Other cases where applicable consumer protection law explicitly grants a right of refund

Your refund requests are reviewed and finalized within 14 business days at the latest from when the request is received, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and to digital content/services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. Since the trial period is free, the paid subscription only begins with the user's explicit consent.
